Creative Approach
Our team sits down with you and discusses your budget. Everyone has a budget, and no matter how big or small, we respect this number. From there we discuss options on how to get to a reasonable budget, what materials can be used, and what small details we can use to elevate your design inspiration into reality: small details on edging, mitering, encasing sinks and hoods, creating angles on islands, and maximizing slabs to ensure no material is wasted.
Curating Materials
Having experience in working with a variety of materials allows us to create beautiful, timeless pieces for our clients that may have been outside of their budget previously. Porcelain slabs can be curated for a specific look, and their price is many times more affordable than the original inspiration. We work with our clients to ensure we offer them all the possibilities, and work with our large community of suppliers to ensure the product is sourced at the most affordable price.
Fabrication
Fabrication is done at our own shop on Vancouver Island. We do our own fabrication, and this is the stage when slabs of stone are turned into custom pieces for our clients: from specific measurements, to maximizing artistic design by focusing on cuts that ensure flow and lining of veins, to saving material from purchased slabs to create other designs so that, where applicable, no material is wasted. Fabrication is where stone becomes art, using very skillful hands and an eye for detail and attention.

Finishing
Installation is where the magic is witnessed. The beautiful materials that have been curated and designed into a one-of-a-kind piece are now integrated into our client’s home, and the team ensures measurement and fabrication come together as a seamless design that blends into the existing space. Finishing details such as edge profiles, mitering, and angle work add to the artistic features.
